Completing the extensive first phase of renovations, the lobby’s arched sandstone walls are the breezy tropical gateways to myriad adventures, providing access to function and gaming rooms, cafes, restaurants and bars, plus intimate lounge areas, a rewards shop and cellar. Dripping from the lobby’s barrel ceiling, an ethereal irredescent crystalline installation comprising laser-cut aluminium and chained vessels by New York’s SOFTlab.
